Job Summary

Providing excellent customer service to clients and requestors, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will manage daily call goals, assist with medical record requests, and maintain accurate documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Meet daily call goals by assisting clients, patients, and requestors with medical record inquiries
  • Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions in the Med-Release system
  • Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
