Job Summary
Providing excellent customer service to clients and requestors, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will manage daily call goals, assist with medical record requests, and maintain accurate documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Meet daily call goals by assisting clients, patients, and requestors with medical record inquiries
- Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions in the Med-Release system
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
