Job Summary

Supporting HSN from a remote location, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will manage inbound customer calls, assist with problem-solving and de-escalation, and promote products while handling a high volume of inquiries.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a busy day managing high volumes of inbound customer inquiries
  • Assist customers with questions, personalize their experience, and offer additional products
  • Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
Required qualifications
  • 12 months or more of customer service experience
  • Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment
  • Capability to navigate multiple systems and screens
  • Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
  • Spanish speaking bilingual opportunity available
