Job Summary
Supporting HSN from a remote location, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will manage inbound customer calls, assist with problem-solving and de-escalation, and promote products while handling a high volume of inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a busy day managing high volumes of inbound customer inquiries
- Assist customers with questions, personalize their experience, and offer additional products
- Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
Required qualifications
- 12 months or more of customer service experience
- Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment
- Capability to navigate multiple systems and screens
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
- Spanish speaking bilingual opportunity available
