Job Summary

Supporting HSN from a remote location, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will manage a high volume of inbound customer calls, assist with inquiries, promote products, and enhance sales while providing personalized customer experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle a busy day of inbound customer inquiries, confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders
  • Promote additional products during customer interactions to improve sales
  • Report to a Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a distraction-free work environment
Required qualifications
  • 12 months or more of customer service experience
  • Ability to learn and work effectively in a virtual environment
  • Experience navigating multiple systems and screens
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
  • Spanish speaking bilingual opportunity available
