Job Summary
Supporting HSN from a remote location, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will manage a high volume of inbound customer calls, assist with inquiries, promote products, and enhance sales while providing personalized customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a busy day of inbound customer inquiries, confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders
- Promote additional products during customer interactions to improve sales
- Report to a Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a distraction-free work environment
Required qualifications
- 12 months or more of customer service experience
- Ability to learn and work effectively in a virtual environment
- Experience navigating multiple systems and screens
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
- Spanish speaking bilingual opportunity available
