Job Summary
Supporting HSN through remote work, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will manage high volumes of inbound customer inquiries, assist with problem-solving, promote products, and enhance sales while ensuring a personalized experience for each caller.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a busy day of inbound customer inquiries, confirming refunds, processing payments, and placing orders
- Promote additional products during customer interactions to improve sales
- Maintain a distraction-free work environment while navigating multiple systems and troubleshooting technical issues
Required qualifications
- At least 12 months of customer service experience
- Ability to learn and work effectively in a virtual environment
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
- Spanish-speaking skills are a plus for bilingual opportunities
- Capability to follow HSN computer system requirements and troubleshoot technical problems
