Job Summary

Working remotely, the part-time hourly Customer Service Specialist will respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and process payments while maintaining a professional phone presence and providing support for new hire training.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls regarding customer account questions and perform necessary callbacks
  • Process routine payments over the phone and advise customers on available resources
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support new hire training efforts by providing progress reports to management
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or a related field, or relevant applicable experience
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and email
  • Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to handle stressful conversations with tact and diplomacy
  • Availability for two evening shifts per week and one Saturday shift every five weeks
