Job Summary

Acting as the main point of contact for customers, the part-time Customer Service Specialist will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams while enjoying a hybrid work schedule with two remote days per week after training.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints via phone and email
  • Enter, process, and track customer orders accurately while providing updates on order status
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and internal teams to support customer needs and maintain records in company systems
Required qualifications
  • At least one year of previous customer service experience
  • Experience working with SAP
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening (THC not included)
