Job Summary
Acting as the main point of contact for customers, the part-time Customer Service Specialist will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams while enjoying a hybrid work schedule with two remote days per week after training.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints via phone and email
- Enter, process, and track customer orders accurately while providing updates on order status
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and internal teams to support customer needs and maintain records in company systems
Required qualifications
- At least one year of previous customer service experience
- Experience working with SAP
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening (THC not included)
