Job Summary

Providing customer support and data entry, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will manage client interactions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain accurate records in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to emails and phone calls while safeguarding confidential information
  • Perform data entry tasks, including compiling, sorting, and verifying data for various database applications
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to enhance customer service and support program initiatives as assigned
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of related work experience in a call center environment
  • Proficiency in 10-key data entry and experience with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Access
  • Reliable high-speed internet service with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift within the hours of 8 am to 6 pm
