Job Summary
To support client communications and project coordination, the remote, contract-to-hire Customer Service Specialist will manage client mailing initiatives, coordinate documentation processes, and serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client communication mailings related to institution conversions and account transitions
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of client mailing packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor work requests, facilitating approvals and project deliverables
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, financial services, or project coordination
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with documentation management and compliance operations
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage project timelines effectively
