Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely from Florida, the full-time Customer Service Specialist will manage inbound customer calls, assist with inquiries, promote products, and maintain a high-paced call volume while providing personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and provide assistance
• Promote additional products during customer interactions to improve sales
• Assist with various customer requests, including refunds, payments, and order placements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of customer service experience
• Ability to work in a virtual environment and navigate multiple systems
• Must have a distraction-free work-from-home setup
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
• Own a Microsoft 11 computer and meet other technical requirements
