Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Customer Service for a remote full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill customer requests through telephone calls and emails, providing information on products, pricing, availability, and promotions
  • Process customer orders using SAP order entry platform
  • Assist customers with technical service questions, processing return items and product shortages
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or three years of related sales experience with a high school diploma or GED
  • Ability to visualize mechanical and hydraulic situations relating to equipment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and overall computer skills
  • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and effectively in a team environment
  • Previous experience with a CRM, preferably SAP
