Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Services Lead - Asset Recovery to coordinate and manage the execution of daily operations related to asset recovery activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage medium to large-scale projects
- Identify and drive organizational improvements through process and policy changes
- Establish and refine Standard Operation procedures (SOP) for the asset recovery function
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience working in asset recovery, working with vendors, suppliers, and operations on a Global basis
- In-depth knowledge of current and key asset recovery practices and processes, as well as best practices
- SAP Experience
- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Proven ability to adapt and manage effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
