Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Services Lead - Asset Recovery to coordinate and manage the execution of daily operations related to asset recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage medium to large-scale projects
  • Identify and drive organizational improvements through process and policy changes
  • Establish and refine Standard Operation procedures (SOP) for the asset recovery function
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience working in asset recovery, working with vendors, suppliers, and operations on a Global basis
  • In-depth knowledge of current and key asset recovery practices and processes, as well as best practices
  • SAP Experience
  • Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Proven ability to adapt and manage effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment
