Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and respond to inbound patient calls in a Call Center environment
  • Investigate and conduct root cause analysis for inquiries received from patients and patient representatives
  • Coordinate with facilities, payors, and collections agency related to a patient account
Required Qualifications:
  • Revenue Cycle (Billing) and Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Experience working in a call center environment preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to effectively manage large amounts of detailed information
  • Experience in qualitative analysis, root cause analysis, quality assurance practices, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet resources
