Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Create orders and schedule patients to receive equipment as ordered by their doctor
  • Verify insurance coverage, process documentation, and communicate with insurance carriers
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year work experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer service
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial health plan methodologies preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapidly changing environment
