Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in real time via phone to address sleep or comfort needs and resolve concerns
  • Manage inbound phone, chat, and email channels to provide exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to effectively answer customer inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • 2 years of retention or customer success experience
  • 1 to 2 years of service/support experience in a call center or remote environment
  • Open availability to work weekends and key holidays
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new platforms
  • Experience with programs such as Five9, Chat Tools, Google Suite, and Slack
