Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to customer requests through various communication channels
- Troubleshoot equipment repairs with customers in real time
- Ensure optimal customer satisfaction and support
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer-facing roles experience
- At least 1 year of restaurant experience
- Practical experience with helpdesk software and cloud-based telephony systems
- Strong technical skills in Google Suite and Excel
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
