Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot support issues of a proprietary case management system
- Assist customers in updating and maintaining their systems, including add-on products
- Conduct software demonstrations and lead internal and customer calls
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2-4 years' experience in customer support, particularly with proprietary database software
- Skilled in relational database management systems (RDBMS) and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP-IP, DHCP, DNS, and LAN/WAN
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau
