Job Summary

Acting as a business analyst, the full-time remote Customer Service Specialist II will manage complex customer billing inquiries, build relationships with patients, and ensure accurate information is communicated while meeting productivity standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage large and complex inquiries by liaising between patients, physician offices, clinics, hospitals, and insurance companies
  • Build sustainable relationships with patients through effective communication and assistance
  • Examine data in multiple patient accounting systems to provide accurate and complete information while documenting all communications
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of specialty billing and provider-based billing
  • Familiarity with the SBO environment and non-SBO environment in Epic
