Job Summary

  • Handle customer issues, account setup, maintenance, and soft collections

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for an employment visa
