Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a temp-to-hire remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls, enter orders, and respond to customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat
- Provide support and solutions to customers in line with company policies
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ months of prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting
