Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor - Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide motivation and guidance to Customer Care Advocates
- Monitor and develop CCA teams, handle call escalations, and assist in report analysis
- Channel valuable information quickly to the Operations Manager
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 6 months supervisor or leadership experience required
- Minimum 2 years customer service, leadership, and team interaction skills required
- PC skills (Microsoft Office) with an emphasis on Excel
- Demonstrated leadership skills and good interpersonal skills
