Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide motivation and guidance to Customer Care Advocates
  • Monitor and develop CCA teams, handle call escalations, and assist in report analysis
  • Channel valuable information quickly to the Operations Manager

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 6 months supervisor or leadership experience required
  • Minimum 2 years customer service, leadership, and team interaction skills required
  • PC skills (Microsoft Office) with an emphasis on Excel
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and good interpersonal skills
