Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor in Florida/SC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor team of direct reports
- Interact with client groups, resolve client and customer escalation issues
- Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and develop corrective action plans
Required Qualifications:
- H.S. diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a lead/supervisory/management position required
- 1-3 years of experience in the transportation/logistics industry preferred
