Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and support to Team Leads and Representatives to meet client objectives
  • Maintain KPI reporting, improvement programs, and ACD metrics
  • Foster communication and collaboration within the virtual team to ensure performance success
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma preferred
  • 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare call center
  • Experience with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech, or Cerner
  • Knowledge of EOBs and authorizations/referrals
  • Management experience in a fast-paced call center environment
