Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and communication to Gearheads, ensuring high customer experience and business performance
• Assist in the daily operation of the contact center, including staffing, training, and performance management
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement strategies

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• One to three years of customer service or sales experience required
• Enjoys helping others and being in a leadership role
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changes
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Tools
