Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead and manage a team of Customer Service Representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coach a high-performing team of Customer Service Representatives
- Ensure departmental KPIs are met and monitor daily and monthly reports
- Resolve escalations and provide guidance to staff while ensuring adherence to company policies
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 4-5 years of relevant management experience
- Proven experience as a call center supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
- Working knowledge of MS Office and performance evaluation procedures
- Schedule flexibility to meet call center hours of operation
