Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead and manage a team of Customer Service Representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coach a high-performing team of Customer Service Representatives
  • Ensure departmental KPIs are met and monitor daily and monthly reports
  • Resolve escalations and provide guidance to staff while ensuring adherence to company policies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 4-5 years of relevant management experience
  • Proven experience as a call center supervisor or in a similar supervisory role
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and performance evaluation procedures
  • Schedule flexibility to meet call center hours of operation
