Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to manage a team of Customer Service Representatives in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and coach a high-performing team of Customer Service Representatives
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure department KPIs are met and provide necessary feedback
  • Handle escalations, perform quality assurance monitoring, and facilitate team meetings
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • 4-5 years of relevant management experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and performance evaluation procedures
  • Dependable and punctual with flexibility to meet call center hours
  • Superb organizational and leadership skills
