Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to manage a team of Customer Service Representatives in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and coach a high-performing team of Customer Service Representatives
- Monitor daily operations to ensure department KPIs are met and provide necessary feedback
- Handle escalations, perform quality assurance monitoring, and facilitate team meetings
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 4-5 years of relevant management experience in a customer service or call center environment
- Working knowledge of MS Office and performance evaluation procedures
- Dependable and punctual with flexibility to meet call center hours
- Superb organizational and leadership skills
