Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service and Rebate Processing Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily staff activities for rebate application processing and customer service inquiries
  • Oversee adherence to performance goals and provide coaching and quality feedback
  • Handle customer escalations and develop action plans to meet established KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Previous experience managing, coaching, or training team members
  • Proven ability to support team development and engagement
