Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service and Rebate Processing Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily staff activities for rebate application processing and customer service inquiries
- Oversee adherence to performance goals and provide coaching and quality feedback
- Handle customer escalations and develop action plans to meet established KPIs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience required
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Previous experience managing, coaching, or training team members
- Proven ability to support team development and engagement
