Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Team Lead(s) and Representatives, ensuring performance meets quality and production metrics
- Maintain KPI reporting and improvement programs while supporting clients through EMR systems
- Create a cohesive virtual team through regular communication and performance management
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare call center
- Experience managing a team in a high-volume call center environment
- Knowledge of EOBs and authorizations/referrals
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech, or Cerner
