Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Team Lead(s) and Representatives, ensuring performance meets quality and production metrics
  • Maintain KPI reporting and improvement programs while supporting clients through EMR systems
  • Create a cohesive virtual team through regular communication and performance management
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma preferred
  • 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare call center
  • Experience managing a team in a high-volume call center environment
  • Knowledge of EOBs and authorizations/referrals
  • Familiarity with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech, or Cerner
