Required Qualifications and Education

  • 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare call center
  • Experience with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech, or Cerner
  • Knowledge of EOBs and authorizations/referrals
  • Experience managing a high-volume call center team handling 40-100+ calls per day
