- Maintain KPI reporting and improvement programs, ensuring client objectives are met

Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma preferred
- 5 years of leadership experience in a healthcare call center
- Experience with EMR systems such as EPIC, Meditech, or Cerner
- Knowledge of EOBs and authorizations/referrals
- Experience managing a high-volume call center team handling 40-100+ calls per day
