Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop Customer Service Associates while ensuring adherence to company policies
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business preferred
  • Minimum three years of experience in an inbound customer care or call center environment
  • Prior supervisory experience in a call center, preferably in healthcare or insurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the vision insurance industry is preferred
