Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in an inbound customer care or call center environment
- Prior supervisory experience in a call center, preferably in healthcare or insurance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in the vision insurance industry is preferred
