Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee customer service functions and manage Sales Office personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and train Sales Office personnel to ensure excellent customer service
- Oversee order management processes and ensure timely fulfillment
- Support forecasting and reporting efforts in collaboration with the General Manager
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales operations
- Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong experience in B2B order management and logistics coordination
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP, and preferably SAP
