Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee customer service functions and manage Sales Office personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and train Sales Office personnel to ensure excellent customer service
  • Oversee order management processes and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Support forecasting and reporting efforts in collaboration with the General Manager
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales operations
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
  • Proven supervisory or leadership experience
  • Strong experience in B2B order management and logistics coordination
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP, and preferably SAP
