Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Team Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of Customer Service Leads and Representatives
- Drive productivity and manage team performance through coaching and feedback
- Complete project work and ensure adherence to schedules and guidelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of customer service experience, preferably in eCommerce or retail
- 1+ years of leadership experience in a customer service setting
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and ability to multitask
- Excellent computer/software skills (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
