Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Team Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of Customer Service Leads and Representatives
  • Drive productivity and manage team performance through coaching and feedback
  • Complete project work and ensure adherence to schedules and guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of customer service experience, preferably in eCommerce or retail
  • 1+ years of leadership experience in a customer service setting
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and ability to multitask
  • Excellent computer/software skills (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
