Job Summary
A company is looking for a Supervisor for ASHCare Managed Services (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and develop team members while ensuring adherence to performance standards and processes
- Conduct quality audits, provide coaching, and manage performance expectations through regular meetings
- Handle customer escalations and collaborate with management to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework or equivalent experience preferred
- 2 years of experience in Call Center or Customer Service operations, preferably in Managed Care or Health Care
- Experience supervising a team in a call center environment is required
- Proficiency in MS Office and call center navigation systems is necessary
- Demonstrated knowledge of call center Workforce Management and Key Performance Indicators
