Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor for ASHCare Managed Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and develop team members while ensuring adherence to performance standards and processes
  • Conduct quality audits, provide coaching, and manage performance expectations through regular meetings
  • Handle customer escalations and collaborate with management to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2 years of experience in Call Center or Customer Service operations, preferably in Managed Care or Health Care
  • Experience supervising a team in a call center environment is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office and call center navigation systems is necessary
  • Demonstrated knowledge of call center Workforce Management and Key Performance Indicators
