Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Surge Supervisor who must reside in Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of Customer Service Surge Representatives during project-specific surges
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Title IV-D regulations and company policies while handling complex inquiries
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and facilitate training and development for staff
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of supervisory experience in customer service or call center operations
  • Knowledge of customer service policies and procedures, particularly related to Child Support
  • Proficiency in standard computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet operational needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
