Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct a Customer Service Team, managing performance and accountability
- Collaborate with leaders to manage workflow and staffing to meet deadlines
- Serve as a systems expert, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with sales programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of customer service and/or agricultural experience with supervisory leadership
- Proficiency in various software applications, including MS Office and internal systems
- Ability to meet in person monthly in Olivia, MN, and occasional travel for sales meetings
- Results-oriented with the ability to interpret information for effective team leadership
