Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct a Customer Service Team, managing performance and accountability
  • Collaborate with leaders to manage workflow and staffing to meet deadlines
  • Serve as a systems expert, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with sales programs


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of customer service and/or agricultural experience with supervisory leadership
  • Proficiency in various software applications, including MS Office and internal systems
  • Ability to meet in person monthly in Olivia, MN, and occasional travel for sales meetings
  • Results-oriented with the ability to interpret information for effective team leadership
