Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, hiring, and onboarding of call center employees
  • Coach Customer Service Associates and provide feedback to improve processes and quality
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an inbound customer care or call center environment
  • Prior supervisory experience required, preferably in healthcare or insurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the vision insurance industry is preferred
