Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Customer Service and Rebate Processing Supervisor, the successful candidate will manage daily staff activities to ensure efficient processing of rebate applications and first-call resolution for customer service inquiries while providing training and support to the team.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee daily management of staff to achieve same-day processing of rebate applications and adherence to customer service goals
  • Monitor customer service calls, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance call quality and performance
  • Conduct program-specific training and implement continuous improvement suggestions for operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience in managing, coaching, and training staff
  • Strong team-building skills
