Job Summary

Managing the medical file review process, the remote Customer Service Supervisor will oversee the intake and turnaround time while supervising the Customer Service Representative team, ensuring timely case handling and exceptional client communication.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee file review processes to ensure timely case notation and resolution of issues
  • Train and mentor team members, conducting audits and performance reviews
  • Maintain regular client communication, providing updates and ensuring proper documentation for complex cases
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Significant experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills and critical thinking ability
  • Proficiency in computer skills and typing
