Job Summary

Leading a team of customer service representatives, the full-time Customer Service Supervisor will manage team performance, conduct training and development, and oversee daily operations while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities
  • Set team priorities to meet performance goals and manage weekly payroll
  • Conduct team development meetings, performance reviews, and monitor call activities
  • Handle escalations and resolve operational conflicts while supporting ongoing staff development
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of Call Center experience
  • 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • 6+ months of experience handling escalated calls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
