Job Summary
To support a dynamic customer service team, the full-time Customer Service Supervisor will oversee staff operations, lead by example, and manage escalated customer interactions in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and implementation of call center strategy and ensure adherence to company policies
- Coach and develop Customer Service Associates while preparing departmental reports and formulating performance targets
- Collaborate with the Quality Department to identify development areas and enhance overall service quality
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in an inbound customer care or call center environment
- Prior supervisory experience, particularly in a healthcare or insurance call center, is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in the vision insurance industry is preferred
