Job Summary

Supervising a team of Customer Service Representatives, the full-time salaried Customer Service Supervisor will ensure compliance with customer service standards and regulatory requirements while managing team performance and training, all within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Leads and develops the customer service team through regular interactions and performance evaluations
  • Manages resource allocation and staffing to meet operational goals and maintain service standards
  • Handles escalated customer issues and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience required
  • At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience required
  • Experience in customer service and HR policies
  • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage processes and compliance regulations
