Job Summary
Supervising a high-performing team, the full-time remote PSC Supervisor will manage customer service representatives, ensuring service level agreements are met while supporting sales and addressing HR-related issues.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and performance of customer service representatives
- Support the sales team in qualifying customers and assist with HR-related inquiries
- Lead onboarding and training processes, fostering an inclusive work environment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in a team leadership or coaching role
- 2 years of experience in a call center, office administration, or similar environment
- Knowledge of centralized management and support practices
- Experience in the remodeling or construction industry is preferred
