Job Summary

Supervising a high-performing team, the full-time remote PSC Supervisor will manage customer service representatives, ensuring service level agreements are met while supporting sales and addressing HR-related issues.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations and performance of customer service representatives
  • Support the sales team in qualifying customers and assist with HR-related inquiries
  • Lead onboarding and training processes, fostering an inclusive work environment
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in a team leadership or coaching role
  • 2 years of experience in a call center, office administration, or similar environment
  • Knowledge of centralized management and support practices
  • Experience in the remodeling or construction industry is preferred
