Key responsibilities
  • Guide and support associates in handling complex customer service situations across various channels
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure service level goals are met

Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • 3+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in retail or hospitality
  • 1+ year of prior people management experience is required
  • 1+ year of experience as a Customer Service Center Team Lead or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
