Job Summary
Leading a remote team, the full-time Customer Service Supervisor will manage escalated customer interactions, oversee daily operations, and develop associates to enhance performance and customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Guide and support associates in handling complex customer service situations across various channels
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to ensure service level goals are met
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages professional growth and continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in retail or hospitality
- 1+ year of prior people management experience is required
- 1+ year of experience as a Customer Service Center Team Lead or equivalent
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
