Job Summary

To enhance customer service operations, the full-time remote Customer Service Supervisor will manage a team, oversee call center activities, and ensure effective client advocacy within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise and support call center staff in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Manage client advocacy cases, coordinating interactions between clients, providers, and insurers
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid benefits
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of one year supervisory or lead experience in a call center
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • 3 years of experience in healthcare/health insurance, claims processing, or provider billing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
