Job Summary
Managing a remote team of inbound and outbound customer service representatives, the full-time Customer Service Supervisor will ensure exceptional service delivery while achieving client service expectations and fostering staff development.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the customer service team, ensuring adherence to service objectives
- Facilitate staff development and training to enhance team performance and service quality
- Oversee client advocacy cases, managing interactions with clients, providers, and insurers
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of one year supervisory or lead experience in a call center
- 3-5 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
- 3 years of experience in healthcare/health insurance, claims processing, or provider billing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
