Job Summary

Managing a remote team of inbound and outbound customer service representatives, the full-time Customer Service Supervisor will ensure exceptional service delivery while achieving client service expectations and fostering staff development.

Key responsibilities
  • Supervise daily operations of the customer service team to meet service objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies for staff training and performance improvement
  • Oversee client advocacy cases, ensuring effective communication and resolution
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of one year supervisory or lead experience in a call center
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • 3 years of experience in healthcare/health insurance, claims processing, or provider billing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
