Job Summary

Leading a team of customer service representatives, the full-time remote Customer Service Supervisor will manage the wholesale channel order book, drive operational excellence, and support team development while collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance customer experiences and improve revenue.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of customer service representatives, monitoring their performance against key metrics
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to address inquiries and enhance partnerships with wholesale accounts
  • Oversee departmental activities, including monitoring metrics and coordinating onboarding and training for new hires
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, preferably in a wholesale/B2B environment
  • Demonstrated dedication to career advancement, with a willingness to develop leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, including x-lookups, formulas, and pivot tables
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems and Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently
