Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise and manage a remote team of Sr. Service Advocates supporting the Medicaid Member Services Call Center teams
- Ensure workflow adherence, oversee metrics for compliance, conduct quality reviews, and provide coaching
- Focus on hiring, onboarding, continuous training, and overall performance management to ensure team success
Required Qualifications:
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a Member Services (Medicaid) call center environment
- 2 years' experience in Customer Service in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
