Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly supervise and manage a remote team of Sr. Service Advocates supporting the Medicaid Member Services Call Center teams
  • Ensure workflow adherence, oversee metrics for compliance, conduct quality reviews, and provide coaching
  • Focus on hiring, onboarding, continuous training, and overall performance management to ensure team success
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Member Services (Medicaid) call center environment
  • 2 years' experience in Customer Service in healthcare
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
