Job Summary

Providing remote support to paramedics and healthcare professionals, the full-time Customer Service Support Agent will manage inbound calls, document interactions, and ensure effective communication between patients and providers.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from patients, providers, and internal staff
  • Provide non-clinical support to paramedics and emergency response teams
  • Document interactions accurately in electronic systems
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Minimum 6 months of medical experience
  • Typing speed of at least 25-30 WPM
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
