Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze payment history, contacting vendors or customers to resolve exceptions
- Make payment decisions on exceptions according to client procedures and negotiate payment arrangements
- Process operations-related inquiries and document errors accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months of telephone and billing experience in a general business environment
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Well-developed interpersonal skills to foster working relationships
