Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Associate I who will be responsible for resolving internal rejects and suspends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and analyze payment history, contacting vendors or customers to resolve exceptions
  • Make payment decisions on exceptions according to client procedures and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Process operations-related inquiries and document errors accurately and timely
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months of telephone and billing experience in a general business environment
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills to foster working relationships
