Job Summary

Responsible for timely and accurate resolution of internal rejects and suspends, the full-time Customer Service Support Associate will research payment history, make payment decisions, and communicate effectively with vendors and customers while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Research and analyze payment history to resolve exceptions by contacting vendors or customers
  • Make timely payment decisions on exceptions according to client procedures and negotiate arrangements with vendors
  • Document errors accurately and maintain departmental reports and production time sheets
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 6 months of telephone and billing experience in a general business environment
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills for effective communication with vendors and internal staff
